A sport has an integral and contributing role in the curriculum as it aims at the all round physical development of the students. Physical fitness boosts mental activities. Development of an individual's personality and character mainly depends upon the human aspects namely, intelligence, frame of mind, competence and fitness. Sports help us to achieve a general orientation among the students towards accomplishing these basic aspects and thereby attaining good health and an inclination for positive thinking. Even if one loses a game, the positive attitude will enable to move forward and work towards improved performance next time.
